EK Success Punches
EK Success Punches come in many different shapes and sizes to help fit your crafting needs. Listed below are all the punches you could use on your next project:
Corner Punches
The corner punch gives you the capability of rounding or scalloping the corner of your project. Let’s say you wanted to make your own greeting card, and instead of having just a square card, you could change the look of your card just by using a corner punch. You have a choice of three different “rounding” corner punches, i.e., small, medium and large. It just depends on how much of the corner you want rounded as to what size punch you need. Now if you are more interested in having a decorative corner EK Success has many to choose from: basket weave corner punch, bubbles, trumpet flower, lacing, stars, Victorian lace, Victorian framing, and fountain of fun.
Dimensional Punches
EK Success has four dimensional punches that turn into flowers made of paper. All you have to do is take a piece of decorative piece of scrapbook paper and punch along the edge all the way down. Then you start rolling it. In the beginning when you first start to roll the punched paper, apply some hot glue from a glue gun to the bottom of the flower and then continue rolling. Once you roll it to the end, apply another little dollop of glue to seal it closed. Now you can start folding down the pedals. You can apply a decorative gem sticker to the center to give your flower more character! The four different types of dimensional punches are: carnation, doily pedals, gerber daisy, and dahlia.
Edger Punches
With edger punches, you can either just punch inside an edge or you can punch the whole edge. Once you have punched your edge put a different colored piece of paper behind it so you can see the beautiful edging. I cannot list all the edge punches as there are 115 for you to choose.
Garland Punches
The EK Success garland punches are simple to use! Just punch and link them together, that’s it! EK Success carries 11 different garland punches: angular snowflake, butterfly and flower, daisy, flower, heart, leaf, links, pumpkin, spider, spring tulip, and swirls.
Layering Punches
Layering punches are three punches in one! Each design on the punch is different. All you have to do is move the selector under the design you wish to punch and start punching. You can punch each design each with a different color and then place them on top of each other and this gives you a dimensional object! You can choose from 7 different designs: butterfly, fall leaf, flourish square, heart, jack-o-lantern, round, and scallop.
Large, Medium and Small Punches
EK Success carries punches in various shapes and sizes. You can get a circle, square, oval, scalloped circle, scalloped square, etc. in either a large, medium or small punch. You can also get a punch that punches out a spider, bat, a tag, decorative swirl, flowers, etc.
Specialty Punches
EK Success carries three specialty punches. If you are looking for a small (1/8 inch) hole punch, then EK Success carries a circle punch. It can punch through leather, chipboard, foam, heavy cardstock, and light weight metal. The next specialty punch would be the rounder punch which creates a ½ inch rounded punch. The last punch is a vertical punch which creates a 3/8 inch slot. All three of these punches are heavy duty. They are made of strong cast metal that won’t bend and have a locking mechanism which keeps the handles together for ease of storage.
